We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded Regional main contractor based in Bristol. The business turns over in excess of £100mil, and the Bristol office has been established for 5 years, growing in presence throughout the region. They undertake projects across several sectors which include education, healthcare, housing and commercial with projects valuing typically up to £20mil.

As Senor Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a project from pre-construction through to final account, with the assistance of a more junior member of the surveying team. You will report into the Commercial Manager.

• Work alongside the pre-construction team through 2nd stage tenders
• Oversee the project's procurement / management of sub-contractor packages
• Deal with final accounts / any dispute resolution that may arise
• Mentor junior members of the Surveying team and be involved in their professional development

• Hold a BSc Quantity Surveying or HNC
• Have experience working as commercial lead on schemes valuing circa £15mil.
• Have experience managing projects from pre-construction through to final account
• Be proficient in administering various forms of contract including JCT and NEC
• Have the full right to work in the UK and be happy to commute to Bristol

• Salary:
  Up to £75k
