• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard
• Monitoring health & safety procedures and site compliance
• Managing site schedules and progress reporting
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and senior management
• Conducting site inspections and toolbox talks
• Maintaining quality control throughout the project

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction
• Valid SMSTS Certificate
• Valid CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and site activities
• Good understanding of health & safety regulations
