DRYLINING SITE MANAGERS REQUIRED | SOUTH WEST & SOUTH WALES
O’Neill & Brennan are actively seeking experienced Drylining Site Managers to join a number of leading specialist subcontractors delivering large-scale commercial, residential, student accommodation, healthcare and mixed-use developments across the South West and South Wales.
We currently have both freelance and permanent opportunities available, with immediate starts on flagship projects located in:
- Bristol
- Exeter
- South Wales
- Swindon
- Additional locations across the South West
Successful candidates will be responsible for managing significant internal drylining and partitioning packages, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Managing day-to-day drylining operations on site
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour and material deliveries
- Monitoring progress against programme and project milestones
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks
- Managing client, principal contractor and subcontractor relationships
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with project specifications and deadlines
- Proven experience managing drylining packages on large construction projects
- Strong understanding of partitions, MF ceilings, SFS, plastering and associated internal fit‑out works
- Previous experience working for a drylining subcontractor highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts and large site teams
- CSCS Card
