Senior Cost Manager with a focus on MEP, based in Bristol.

• Provide the full spectrum of MEP Cost Management services including Pre‑Contract Estimating, Procurement, Contract Administration, Cost Reporting, and Final Account resolution.
• Apply core measurement and quantified procurement techniques across sectors such as residential, education, healthcare and life science.

• Previous experience of managing internal resources, including training and mentoring junior staff.
• Good understanding of contracts (JCT and NEC).
• Supporter of social and CSR activities that promote a positive and enjoyable workplace.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• CSCS card holder.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professionally qualified – Chartered status with RICS or equivalent.
• Degree qualified – BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management or a similar construction‑related undergraduate degree.
