- Support the Site Manager in delivering safe, high-quality, on-time construction projects
- Lead day-to-day site activity, championing health & safety and quality standards
- Coordinate sub-contractors and ensure programmes, plans and regulations are followed
- Maintain a clean, well-presented site that reflects Hill’s commitment to excellence
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and external partners
- HNC/NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience in construction
- SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant safety qualifications
- Confident communicator with strong time management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of traditional, RC frame, and timber frame construction
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and attention to detail
