Fawkes and Reece are seeking an experienced Estimator to join the pre-construction team on the South Coast. The role involves managing tenders from conception, pricing from first principles, and collaborating with bid, design, commercial and operations teams.
Mentoring junior staff is also part of the role. The successful candidate will have main contractor Estimator experience, familiarity with single and two-stage routes, and knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
