  Competitive, dependent on experience and responsibilities M&M Supply is seeking confident and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to work in a range of welcoming primary and secondary schools across Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants ready to take the next step and make a significant impact in the classroom.

As an HLTA, you will take on a more advanced classroom role, delivering pre-planned lessons, supporting pupils' progress, and assisting teachers with planning and assessment.

You will work with whole classes, small groups, and individual pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Support learning across the curriculum and adapt materials to meet pupil needs
• Provide targeted interventions for small groups and 1:1 support where required
• Assist with planning, assessment, and classroom organisation
• Support behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and school leadership teams
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
• Strong classroom management and leadership skills
• Experience working across primary or secondary education
• Confidence delivering lessons and supporting learning outcomes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
