Job profile for Cover Supervisor at Bristol Cathedral Choir School. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our supportive and dynamic team from 1 September 2026. A typical day may involve supervising classes during teacher absence, delivering pre‑prepared lesson materials, and attending whole‑school or year events. You will play an important role in ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a calm, positive and focused classroom environment across the school.

You are likely to have strong communication skills and experience working with young people. You will bring confidence in managing groups, a calm and consistent approach to behaviour management, and a reliable, comfortable way of supervising lessons.
