Whether you’re an experienced teacher, an ECT looking to broaden your experience, or someone returning to the classroom, this role offers the freedom to choose when and where you work.

• Following school policies and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Managing behaviour effectively and building rapport with students
• Providing continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
• Adapting quickly to new settings and curriculum needs

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A flexible, proactive, and positive approach
• Ability to travel to schools across Gloucestershire
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
