Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver training programs, coach repair center staff, and ensure technicians have the knowledge and skills to repair vehicles properly and safely. You will collaborate with regional leadership to address issues and advance technical capabilities.
Travel up to 30%-70% required; 5–7 years of industry experience and 2+ years of training delivery preferred. A HS diploma or GED is required; industry certifications encouraged.
