9B Careers is proud to be partnering with a leading, design-led architectural practice based in Bristol to secure an experienced architectural professional for an exciting short-term opportunity — with strong potential to become permanent.

You will be supporting the delivery of multiple RIBA Stage 1+ feasibility studies for care home developments across Wales. This is a fast-paced assignment requiring immediate impact, technical confidence, and strong design capability.

• Stage 1+ feasibility experience Experience in the care / later living sector is highly desirable. However, candidates from other transferable sectors will absolutely be considered.
• 100% Revit capability Revit must be your current, go-to software. There is no scope for training on this project — you’ll need to hit the ground running from day one.
• Hybrid flexibility Initial briefing meetings will require visits to Bristol, but remote working is possible (subject to IT set-up).
• UK-based with UK experience Applicants must be based in the UK and have solid UK project experience.
• Contract with strong long-term prospects The contract runs through to the end of April, with a genuine intention to transition into a permanent position thereafter.
