UK – Bristol Hub | OTE:
Up to £80,000 + Benefits | Full-Time | Permanent | Site Based with Regular Overnight Stays Away

Responsibilities- Managing and supervising electrical works on new installation sites
- Working hands‑on alongside supervisors to support safe and efficient site operations
- Delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings and clear guidance to site teams
- Supporting the Installation Team Manager and Operations Manager with day‑to‑day people matters on site
- Working closely with the Project Engineer/Manager to help ensure projects are delivered on programme
- Promoting Powersystems’ core focus on Health, Safety and Wellbeing across site teams and operators
- 3+ years’ experience managing sites involving complex electrical installations
- SMSTS training successfully completed
- Ability to quickly build rapport with site teams and earn the respect of colleagues and contractors
- Electrical qualifications or relevant electrical experience
- Experience with new installations in the energy sector would be advantageous
- A full UK driving licence
- The right to work in the UK
- OTE of up to £80,000, including profit share and bonus
