Civil Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer - Transport & Flood Risk

As a Civil Engineer, you will be supporting multiple teams across infrastructure, transport, and flood risk disciplines. You will be producing detailed technical drawings, undertaking analysis work, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects from feasibility stage through to construction‑ready designs.

• Producing technical CAD drawings for infrastructure and transport schemes
• Developing concept designs through to detailed design packages
• Undertaking site levels, plot levels, and cut and fill analysis
• Producing ground models, levels, and earthworks analysis
• Supporting infrastructure, transport, and flood risk teams with technical drawing production across disciplines
• Preparing and contributing to Section 38, Section 278, and Section 104 applications and approval processes
• Carrying out site visits and inspections as required
• Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Micro Drainage
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D and/or Site3D or PDS software
• Experience producing ground models, levels, and earthworks analysis
• Experience in site levels, plot levels, and cut and fill analysis
• Ability to produce technical CAD drawings for infrastructure schemes
• Experience delivering concept designs through to detailed design for transport schemes
• Familiarity with Section 38, Section 278, and Section 104 applications and approval procedures
• Strong attention to detail and technical capability
• Ability to undertake site visits and inspections
• A full UK driving licence

• Salary of £35,000 - £42,000 dependent on experience
