Senior Quantity Surveyor - Energy Infrastructure

• Suitably qualified & experienced at Senior Cost Management level
• Administer contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies
• Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget
• Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, objectives including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering
• Manage contract change effectively, ensuring projects remain within governance and adopt best practice
• Drive improvements in accuracy of forecasts and budgets

• Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
• Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent
• Contract management experience (NEC3, Option C or NEC4 preferred)
• Experience of working on major programmes and projects
• Experience working on infrastructure (rail, air, marine/ports, utilities, highways) or energy projects (nuclear, oil & gas, wind or carbon capture)

Hybrid working supported and part-time applications considered.
