Responsibilities- Design and develop new products from concept to launch, including drawings, DFMEA, prototyping, validation, and testing strategies.
- Lead product launches using APQP and PDP processes, ensuring timelines, quality, and cross‑functional alignment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across product engineering and digitalization initiatives.
- Build and deploy digital tools using the MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to improve visibility and efficiency.
- Implement digital and automation solutions, including MES integration, data acquisition systems, and Industry
4.0 initiatives. - Partner with customers to translate needs into engineering and digital solutions, support visits, and resolve technical issues.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, Lean initiatives (Kaizen, VA/VE), and process optimization across operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- 0–5+ years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing, or digitalization projects (open to entry‑level and experienced candidates).
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as injection or compression molding is a plus.
- Exposure to digital tools such as PowerBI, Power Automate, MES systems, or data automation platforms preferred.
- Basic knowledge of programming, PLC systems, or SQL is beneficial but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an interest in data‑driven decision making.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Starting at $70,000. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
