Mechanical Project Manager – Bristol

Package including Car, Holidays and Pension. Salary £65‑80k plus bonus and share opportunities.

Are you a Mechanical biased Project / Contracts Manager with experience of running projects from small works up to a rough value of £3‑5 million and looking for an opportunity to work for a business where not only give you a job but an opportunity to have shares within the business and be a part of something that is growing.

This company specialises in Mechanical Projects across various commercial buildings, mostly refurbishments and upgrades with some new works, covering all aspects of HVAC and Controls and is looking for someone to join the business with experience on the Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Controls side of the projects. They have people from the Gas / Heating side so this person would balance the team in terms of specialism.

• Large commercial site: stripping down existing AC units and replacing with HVRF and DX units, new ductwork and AHU's, Domestic hot water, new cold water services and end of journey services such as showers, toilets etc.
• Other projects booked in for the next 12 months: FCU replacements, duct and vent, air conditioning upgrades, ASHP, AC and vent, plumbing.

Lead and manage mechanical projects from conception to completion, ensuring cost, schedule and quality targets are met.

Coordinate with BMS providers, contractors, clients and internal stakeholders.

Maintain project budgets, reports and documentation.

• Mechanical Project / Contracts Manager with experience running projects up to a rough value of £3‑5 million.
• Strong knowledge of Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Controls.
• Experience with HVAC components such as HVRF, DX units, AHU's, ducting, and BMS integration.
