Fractional Consultant​/Part-Time Finance Manager

Element Recruitment is excited to partner with a high-growth startup looking to hire their first dedicated finance resource. This is a flexible, fractional opportunity available on either a consulting or part-time permanent basis (circa 2 days per week or equivalent hours).

Since its inception, this business has experienced astronomical growth, building a global footprint and working with impressive brands.

As the first dedicated finance hire, you will be a trusted partner to the leadership team. Your responsibilities will span the entire financial spectrum, including:

• Core Finance: Managing day‑to‑day accounting and ensuring smooth, consistent financial processes.
• Strategic Advisory: Advising on growth strategy, providing financial insights, and helping shape the future of the business.
• Process Evolution: Identifying opportunities for automation and implementing more efficient ways of working.

The ideal candidate is an autonomous, wide-ranging accounting professional who is detail‑focused, analytical, and a natural problem solver.

You will have:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial insights for senior leadership.
• Comfort working independently to build and maintain a robust finance function.
• A keen eye for process improvement and modern financial tech stacks.

Because this is a unique and highly flexible opportunity, remuneration (either day rate or salary equivalent) will be discussed upon application.
