Global Mobility Tax - Assistant Manager

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team supporting organisations as they navigate the complexities of managing a global workforce.

You’ll take on a broad, client-facing position with responsibility across both compliance and advisory, working with clients ranging from fast-growing international businesses to large multinational organisations.

Key focus areas include:

• Expatriate tax compliance and advisory
• Cross-border working and remote workforce challenges
• Mobility programme management and optimisation
• Supporting clients with evolving global workforce trends

• Acting as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients
• Reviewing tax returns and performing income tax/NIC calculations
• Delivering arrival/departure briefings for assignees
• Supporting advisory projects and preparing client advice
• Managing client deliverables and project timelines
• Coaching junior team members and contributing to team success
• Supporting business development and proposals

• Experience in UK expatriate/global mobility tax
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive, collaborative and commercially minded
