We are seeking a motivated Personal Tax Manager to lead a talented and collaborative team in their Bristol office (with homeworking), within one of the UK's fastest‑growing Private Client Tax Divisions. With a strong commitment to nurturing and advancing staff, this role presents an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional to fast‑track their journey toward becoming a Tax Director.

In this role, you will work closely with top HNWIs, Non‑Doms, Partnerships, and emerging Ultra High Net Worth Clients. With 85% of your time dedicated to providing expert advisory services, you’ll also partner with our Tax Directors to drive new business and expand the client base.

• Dedicate 85% of your time to providing expert advisory services.
• Partner with Tax Directors to drive new business and expand the client base.
• Mentor the team in technical compliance development.

• At least four years of solid experience in personal tax, with expertise in both advisory and compliance.
• Motivated, ambitious and career‑focused, ready to make a significant impact.

• Full support for your Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification, with resources and guidance to excel.
