Hard Rock - - - Responsibilities:
Ensures that all setup duties are completed on time; conducts all roll calls prior to function.;
Ensures that all guests receive service according to established standards of quality; relays all guest compliment/complaints to Banquet Manager; provides personal service to head table.;
Adheres to established hotel policies, food and beverage policies, labor regulations and liquor laws.;
Conducts ongoing training programs for outlet personnel.;
Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
