HR Officer - Part Time

Element Recruitment are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fast-paced organisation based in Bristol on a part-time basis.

This role would suit someone confident in providing excellent HR advice, managing employee relations cases, and supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be hands‑on, organised, and passionate about delivering a strong employee experience.

• Provide HR support on employee relations matters (grievance, disciplinary, performance, absence)
• Support and conduct HR investigations
• Prepare contracts, offer letters, and contractual changes
• Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll processes
• Support recruitment and onboarding for permanent and casual staff
• Produce absence reports and manage occupational health referrals
• Support HR projects, training initiatives, and employee engagement
• Support health & safety processes, reporting and risk assessments

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
• Strong employee relations knowledge
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to work independently

• CIPD Level 5
• Strong Excel skills

• 25 hours a week (Spread over 3 or 5 days)
• Up to £34,000 FTE (£22,600 Pro Rata)
• On‑site
