A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their fast-paced organization in Bristol on a part-time basis. This role involves providing HR support on employee relations, managing investigations, and helping with recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR advisory roles, be highly organized, and effectively communicate with various stakeholders, enhancing the overall employee experience.

Compensation is up to £34,000 FTE (£22,600 Pro Rata) for 25 hours per week.
