Recruitment Co-ordinator

This is an excellent opportunity to be working as a Recruitment Co-ordinator for an award-winning and successful recruitment team. Our client is a leading privately owned recruitment company with a huge turnover. They provide temporary staff for many of the best-known names in food and fresh produce, warehousing and distribution, FMCG, retail, airside, and the home entertainment industry.

This is a busy contract, and you will resource and recruit the temporary workforce for a large food distribution facility - providing warehousing and driving. You will build and maintain a very strong client relationship to ensure that you fully understand the client's needs, and ensure that you have a suitable and quality workforce to meet the client's demands over the shift patterns.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for managing shifts of workers
• Completing return to works
• Managing productivity
• Liaising with the Training department to arrange training and inductions
• Collating data to prepare MI and KPI reports
• Adding workers to internal databases and systems
• General admin
• Attending client meetings

Educated to A-Level standard

Industrial, On Site Consultant, Full time

Alongside a generous basic salary, you will receive a bonus of £2k each year.
