You’ll play an important role in keeping projects organised, maintaining clear communication, and helping to bring clarity to fast‑paced and sometimes complex environments.
What You’ll Get from New Icon- Hands‑on Experience Across Real Projects – You’ll work on live client projects from day one, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of digital delivery.
- Mentorship & Support – You’ll work closely with an experienced delivery team and Leadership, giving you direct access to guidance, feedback, and real‑world learning.
- Clear Development Pathway – We’ll support your progression from Junior Project Manager through to more senior roles, helping you build the confidence and capability to take on greater ownership over time.
- Exposure to Modern Delivery Practices – You’ll gain experience in Agile delivery, structured governance, and working within a growing AI‑enabled Systems Integrator, not just a traditional agency model.
- Involvement in Strategic Work – You’ll get visibility into how projects connect to wider business outcomes, giving you a stronger commercial and strategic understanding early in your career.
- A Culture of Accountability & Growth – We value ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement; you’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas, challenge thinking, and help shape how we deliver.
You have a genuine interest in digital and technology, and you’re keen to build your career in project management. You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical teams.
You’re developing your ability to understand how digital products are built, and can translate technical information into clear, simple updates for wider stakeholders.
