Responsibilities include providing level 1 help desk support, troubleshooting, and training end-users. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a technical role, strong knowledge of network and PC hardware, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
This position requires the ability to work in a 24/7 environment, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
