Supported Employment Coach – Bristol and South Gloucestershire

Location

Home‑based with travel across Bristol & South Gloucestershire

Salary
: £27,000 per annum plus benefits. 33 days annual holiday pro‑rata (incl. bank holidays).

Hours

Full‑time, 37.5 hours (flexible working)

We are seeking an exceptional Supported Employment Coach to join our Ready, Willing & Able team and make a real difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities and autism across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Supported Employment Coach to support people with learning disabilities and autism to achieve their career ambitions. You’ll work closely with individuals and employers to break down barriers and create inclusive workplaces. Since launching in 2021, Ready, Willing & Able has been breaking down employment barriers and proving that with the right support, everyone can achieve their professional ambitions.
