Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and executing complex projects and change management initiatives such as capital investment, process improvement, automation, product transfer, and product development.

• Lead and manage multiple manufacturing projects from initiation to completion (planning, execution, and closing), ensuring deliverables timelines, budget, and performance targets are met.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
• Ensure that projects are well connected with the company strategy and prioritized accordingly.
• Recommend and lead initiatives for operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Maintain project documentation including project plans, timelines, change requests, production milestones, payback analysis, justifications, and risk assessments.
• Ensure the right cross-functional resources, priorities, capacity, and competency to meet objectives.
• Create detailed project plans and complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure that all the projects are staffed with appropriate competencies.
• Guide the cross-functional team to achieve the project objectives.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data and reporting.
• Prepare and monitor spending and performance versus plan and escalated deviations.
• Monitor projects progress (stage-gate dates, risks, project costs, product costs, forecasts, metrics)
• Escalate project issues and find solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong manufacturing technical acumen, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and coordinate activity within cross-functional teams.

• Master’s degree in Business or Technical field
• PMI PMP certification
