Job Description

At Precision Threaded Products, headquartered in Bristol CT, we manufacture a variety of aerospace fasteners. Due to company growth, we are looking to bring on an experienced Threading Operator to join our team and will consider individuals with varying levels of experience.

The Position

In this role, the Threading Operator is expected to:

  • Set‑up and operate thread rolling, cold heading, and secondary machinery
  • Work with blueprints, operation sheets, and other instructions
  • Communicate with supervisor, engineers, quality and other shop personnel to resolve machining or quality issues
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe working environment
About You
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience; 5+ years experience preferred
  • Must be able to set up and operate thread rolling equipment
  • Experience utilizing standard gauges and inspection techniques including documentation
  • Experience in manufacturing aerospace threaded components and/or other close tolerance parts is a plus
  • Above all, you have an excellent work ethic and can‑do attitude and take pride in the quality of your work and the impact you have within a company
