Opportunity
Kem Krest is looking for a Kitting Associate who will be responsible for following procedures to package industrial components using various tools and packaging equipment. Follow safety and maintenance procedures, verify components, and record work order information. Willingness to cross‑train and assist other departments based on business needs.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $16.25 per hourSchedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMFull‑time, 40 hours per weekOvertime availableResponsibilities
Follow standard work procedures and job expectations under supervision.Participate in improvement activities and support problem‑solving efforts.Operate equipment as trained and follow safety protocols at all times.Understand machine operation requirements to avoid negative impact on production.Support department goals related to capacity, volume, and customer satisfaction.Learn how operations contribute to data, technology, and organizational performance.Follow defined reaction plans to prevent injury or product damage.Collaborate with peers to ensure compliance with customer and safety requirements.Identify and help prevent potential hazards in the work environment.Your Contributions
High school diploma or equivalent.Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced operational setting.Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.Ability to follow instructions and develop new skills with guidance.Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.This job requires physical activity such as lifting, moving boxes, operating equipment, standing, walking or blending for extended periods of time.Why Kem Krest?
