Plant Manager: IP2
The Plant Manager is responsible for leading the assembly operations for Metal Enclosed products at the new facility. This position will provide overall leadership for the facility while ensuring operations meet established standards for safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and profitability.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide overall leadership and oversight of facility operations.
Maintain a safe work environment through adherence to safety protocols and training.
Hire, develop, and train personnel to support operational needs.
Review production records and performance data to monitor results and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and review KPIs to assist in meeting commitments to annual budget, delivery, quality, and profitability.
Provide data and reports to Senior Operations leadership.
Work alongside Operational Excellence and other Plant Managers to support continued organizational growth.
Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years of operations experience.
5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Proven experience with continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing.
Project management experience preferred.
Associate degree or equivalent training required.
Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
Salary:
$130,000/year to $150,000/year
