Hard Rock - - - Responsibilities:
Assist with preparation of food in assigned kitchen outlet under the direction of the Sous Chef;
Control the function of their section and contribute to the overall production of the outlet;
Recreates recipes, techniques and menu items as directed by Management;
Be part of and conduct on-the-job training sessions with all staff;
Responsible for daily preparation of all food requirements and daily specials for their section
