Hard Rock - - - Responsibilities:
Prepare foods to be grilled, fried, broiled, baked, boiled, braised, or poached per menus; ensure plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to specifications.;
Maintain a clean, organized workstation; ensure proper food storage and report equipment safety issues.;
Assist coworkers to ensure efficient kitchen operation; may perform duties for special events or parties (carving, setup, teardown).;
Ensure proper closing of workstations and sanitation of work areas.;
Attend meetings and complete follow-up tasks; perform other duties as assigned.
