At Pandora, we believe in creating moments that matter — for our customers and our team. As a Supervisor, you’ll take the lead on retail operations, coach and inspire a high performing team to beat their targets and deliver a world-class customer experience. If you’re passionate about people, performance, and creating meaningful moments, then we'd love to have you join us!

Named one of the Sunday Times’ ‘Best Places to Work 2023’ in the UK, Pandora is a company that dares to dream, cares deeply, and empowers its people to deliver exceptional results — every single day.

The Role

As a Supervisor, you’ll oversee the running of the busy sales floor, motivate and coach your team of sales assistants to unlock their full sales potential and ensure our customers enjoy a personalised, meaningful shopping experience.

You’ll champion our brand values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver and take ownership of daily store operations. Enjoying a fast‑paced, sometimes high‑pressured retail environment is essential. Supervisors will lead by example, so will set their own personal KPIs and sales targets.

This role requires some travel, so we’re looking for someone who is happy and comfortable commuting across Bristol, Bath, and Yate.

What You’ll Do
  • Hold daily team briefs, sharing store’s KPIs, and motivate the team in beating these
  • Drive exceptional service through role‑modelling our selling ceremony and deliver on KPIs
  • Perform store walks; understand the importance of commerciality and how this shapes the visual merchandising in store
  • Monitor sales performance and take actions to support team success
  • Handle serious complaints that have been escalated with professionalism and care
  • Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individuals’ personalities and needs
  • Use your deep product knowledge and passion for storytelling to create personal, unforgettable experiences and to inspire love for Pandora’s sustainability, design, and craftsmanship
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up‑selling, UPT, ATV, conversion and productivity
Store operations
  • Act as key holder for the store and ensure the relevant store opening/closure procedure is carried out
  • Cashing up and reconciling the till systems
  • Assist the store management with administrative duties including recruitment and conducting investigations and disciplinary hearings if required
  • Assisting with product and POS deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store
  • Operating the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges, and handle any escalations from the wider team
  • Always being alert while on the shop floor and following company security policies and procedures to keep the wider team and customers safe
The Successful Candidate

Our supervisors are the ambassadors of the Pandora brand. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a highly capable individual and a passionate team player who will confidently support their team to provide an unforgettable Pandora in‑store experience.

Prior experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred. If you are a senior sales assistant, or current supervisor looking for your next challenge, then this could be the opportunity for you.

You’ll thrive at Pandora if you have:

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability
  • A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service
  • Strong communication skills in order to establish and coach a high performing team
  • The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs and remain confident in a fast‑paced environment
  • A positive, can‑do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values
  • Are driven by KPIs and get excited by hitting and exceeding targets
  • A well‑presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion…
