THE JOB: Working within hospital environments (NHS & Private) selling a range of general surgery capital equipment
. Typical decision makers you will talk to in hospitals include surgeons, theatre staff and procurement managers. Full product training will be provided and career and earning prospects are very attractive.

• Field based 4 days per week and in theatre regularly
• Full ownership of growing your territory by organising meetings, conducting product training sessions, and delivering clinical support

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, setting clear goals to achieve and exceed sales targets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Either medical capital equipment sales experience OR
• Medical device sales / theatre/surgical rep
• Clinical candidates with a strong drive to move into commercial
• Full driving licence

The Package for Surgical Sales Rep:

• Basic: £35,000 to £50,000 – depending on experience – £55K for industry experience only
• Bonus: £28,000+ uncapped
• Car: £500p/m car allowance or company car
