Position
Area Sales Manager – South West & Wales
Based in Bristol, covering South West England & Wales.
The RoleAs Area Sales Manager for the South West & Wales, your duties include:
- Business development in our South West England and Wales region
- Working closely with direct customers, window and door fabricators
- Delivering a customer‑centric experience through account management, enhancing product range and increasing volume to fulfill production capacity
- Collaborating with the Commercial and Trade Sales teams to ensure a holistic sales approach in your area
- Researching and understanding opportunities for new business in line with the company’s growth goals
- Delivering successful sales pitches and approaches with confidence and skill
- Knowledge of the construction market in Southwest England & Wales, with a network of industry contacts
- Experience in the fenestration market
- Experience dealing with fabricators, contractors, installers, and architects
- Commercial acumen and ability to assimilate window product knowledge
- Target‑driven, evidence of consistently achieving or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills at all levels
- Excellent salary depending on experience
- Sales incentive programme (maximum 40% paid quarterly, 10% paid annually)
- Vehicle allowance £663 per month (£8k per annum)
- Broadband allowance £15 per month
- Flexible hours (core hours 10am‑3pm)
