Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, lead and mentor the sales team, and drive customer satisfaction and sales performance. This full-time position requires hands-on management of sales strategies, customer interactions, training, and achievement of sales goals. This is an on-site role located in Bristol, VA, requiring active engagement with staff and customers in the dealership environment.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in sales management, sales strategy development, and customer relationship management
- Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring abilities
- Proficient in communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of the motorcycling industry, specifically Harley-Davidson® motorcycles, is preferred
- Understanding of financial concepts, performance metrics, and sales data analysis
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in the use of CRM systems and other sales-related software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Business or a related field is a plus
