Sales Lead - German Speaking

We are looking for a Sales Lead – German speaking to expand into European markets.

• Identify and engage key partners such as bike manufacturers, leasing companies, large retailers and service providers.
• Manage full-cycle sales from initial conversation to live partnership, including negotiating terms, closing deals and driving commercial results.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline and drive growth opportunities for existing accounts.
• Serve as dedicated point of contact for partners post‑signing, overseeing onboarding, activation and operational rollout.
• Conduct business reviews, track performance metrics and identify upsell or expansion opportunities.
• Act as the voice of partners internally, relaying feedback to product and marketing teams.

• Native or highly fluent German speaker, fluent in English.
• 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales, B2B2C partnerships, or account management in a fast‑paced startup/scale‑up environment.
• Deep knowledge of the bike and e‑mobility ecosystem.
• Proficient with CRMs and standard business suites (Excel, Powerpoint).

• Persistent in closing complex deals, maintaining momentum across long sales cycles.
• Relationship builder who can bridge internal teams and external partners.
• Fully accountable for end-to-end execution of deals, from pitch to rollout.
• Strong problem solver, collaborating with partners to uncover win‑win opportunities.
