Product Specialist – Volvo Dealership, Bristol

We’re currently looking for a Product Specialist to join our dedicated team at our Volvo dealership in Bristol to help customers get excited about our products. With training, you will become the branch expert when it comes to our products, so you can help our customers make the right choice when they buy a vehicle.

You would come in at Level
1. With our Product Specialist training programme, you will move through to Level 2 and 3, at which point you would be able to become a fully-fledged Sales Executive.

• Listen to customers to help them find the perfect vehicle for them.
• Help the marketing team by photographing stock images of our products.
• Prepare the showroom and cars each morning.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Understand the range of vehicles we stock and the relevant manufacturer.

• Active listener and excellent communicator.
• Adopt a positive attitude with all customers.
• Get job satisfaction from providing outstanding service to customers.
• Have a full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Thirst for knowledge and a desire to learn.

• Mon‑Fri 08:30‑18:00, Saturday 08:30‑17:00, with a day off in lieu (45 hours).
