Pay: £30,000-£32,000 per year | OTE £33,000-£35,200 | Monthly bonus scheme

Hours: Monday-Friday | 40 hours per week

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor looking for a well‑paid Monday to Friday role in Avonmouth?

This is an excellent opportunity offering £30,000-£32,000 per year with an OTE of £33,000-£35,200 including a monthly bonus scheme that rewards strong performance.

• Advising internal and external customers on parts requirements accurately and efficiently
• Processing parts orders and ensuring correct components are sourced and supplied
• Working towards monthly KPIs to maximise bonus earnings
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Supporting the workshop team to ensure parts availability and minimal downtime
• Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation

• Monthly bonus – £300 plus 1% over 120% of target each month

• Proven experience within a commercial vehicle or automotive environment
• Strong product knowledge and customer service skills
