Wedding Venue Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and results-driven Wedding Venue Sales Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for generating wedding bookings, conducting venue tours, building relationships with prospective couples, and guiding clients through the booking process from initial inquiry through signed contract.

• Respond promptly to wedding inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Schedule and conduct venue tours for prospective couples.
• Present venue packages, pricing, and available services.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and booking documents.
• Work closely with venue leadership and event staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual booking goals.

• Proven sales experience required; hospitality, wedding, event, or venue sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends for venue tours and client meetings.
