• Conduct in-home inspections to diagnose homeowner concerns.
• Present customized repair solutions and explain recommended services.
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Build strong relationships through honesty, professionalism, and follow-through.

Earning potential: $100,000-$200,000+ per year

• 50% of our inspectors earn over $100k within their first year
• Top performers exceed $150k annually
• Uncapped commission structure + base pay during training

• 1+ year of experience in sales, construction, or customer service (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and dependable with a team-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces or basements
• Driven by results and committed to providing exceptional service
