We are currently looking for a Floor Layer to join our team in the Bristol area.

To be considered for this role you will need to have a good understanding of all floor types and have the ability to cap and cove.

• Measure, cut, and install various types of flooring materials, including vinyl sheet, cap and cove and vinyl tiles and latex.
• Prepare subfloors by cleaning, levelling, or smoothing surfaces.
• Inspect flooring materials for defects or damage before installation.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the installation process.
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Floor Layer.
• Ability to cap and cove.
• Knowledge of different types of flooring materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and floor plans.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
