An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Plant Technician to join a well-established industrial operation in Bristol. This is a site-based role offering long-term stability, excellent earning potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Technical Skills- Servicing, maintenance, and repair of mobile plant equipment.
- Fault diagnosis and repair on:
- Forklift trucks
- Loading shovels
- Commercial vehicles
- Other mobile machinery
- Strong experience with:
- Hydraulic systems (particularly fault‑finding)
- Diesel engines
- Electrical systems
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and breakdown repair experience.
- Vehicle Maintenance
- Mechanical Engineering
- Or a related discipline
- A completed apprenticeship is preferred but not always essential if experience is strong.
Candidates from any of the following sectors would likely be considered:
- HGV/commercial vehicle maintenance
