Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and proactively address wear, misalignment, lubrication issues, and component degradation.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to prevent recurring failures.
  • Maintain and document maintenance activities, PM schedules, and equipment history.
  • Service equipment including molding machines, conveyors, compressors, gearboxes, and stamping equipment.
  • Identify opportunities for equipment reliability improvements and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and company safety standards.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1+ year of industrial or preventive maintenance experience.
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems (single-phase & three-phase, up to 480V).
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Understanding of preventive maintenance strategies (lubrication, inspections, condition monitoring).
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and follow systematic problem‑solving methods.
  • Self‑starter with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred / Additional Skills
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Familiarity with PLCs or automated production equipment.
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques (vibration, thermal, etc.).
  • Certifications such as HAZWOPER or Confined Space.
