Rishi, who joined us this year says, "Even though I started with zero legal knowledge, the academy is so well-structured that I can actually feel my technical skills and confidence building up week by week. It’s rare to find a company that treats training as a genuine pillar rather than just a checkbox to tick."
Once in the role, internal mobility is important to us at ARAG and there is a clear career pathway and a range of opportunities to develop your career here in the claims environment at ARAG for those looking to progress.
Alicia, who has just accepted a secondment as a Claims Team Leader, adds "ARAG has always been there to support my career development. The programmes available have helped me grow in confidence, build new skills, and feel fully supported throughout my career journey."
