Job Summary
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and JVM‑based technologies
  • Contribute production‑quality code with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and reliability
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to evolve service architecture, APIs, and data models
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and operational readiness to ensure high code quality
  • Work within a modern Dev Ops environment, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and operational support
  • Help deliver features iteratively, incorporating feedback and continuously improving the platform
  • Learn and apply new technologies, including AI‑enabled capabilities

As a Software Engineer II you will be part of a team that builds and maintains complex systems for managing the fulfillment and ordering of content for Disney’s supply chain, from order creation to title delivery on DTC platforms.

You will assist in the design, development, testing and deployment of high‑quality software solutions. You will apply excellent communication skills while interfacing with both technical and product teams to capture new system requirements and then apply your expertise in software development in the delivery of innovative solutions for those requirements.
