C-Serv is expanding its AI Core team in the UK and seeks a Senior or Staff AI & ML Engineer to build and ship scalable GenAI features end-to-end. You will own the real-time inference stack, design multi-agent and RAG architectures, and optimise latency, throughput, and costs.
You will work on multi-agent workflows, anomaly detection, fine-tuning, and deployment of production services in Python and FastAPI. Fully remote within the UK with strong benefits and growth opportunities.
