Aviation Recruitment experts Optime are searching for a Quality Check Agent to join a well‑respected and successful client at Bristol Airport. This job offers full‑time hours and overtime opportunities in a friendly environment with great conditions and facilities.

• Rate of pay: £13.00 per hour, plus an additional £5 per shift after successful training.
• Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off.
• Example shift times (Day 1‑4): 22:00‑06:45.
• Full training provided.

Immediate Start.

• Ensure airport teams comply with aviation regulatory standards, safety protocols, and corporate service mandates.
• Conduct quality checks on aircraft cabin cleaning to guarantee aircraft meet strict airline and hygiene standards before take‑off.
• File audit reports and raise any safety or compliance breaches to duty managers.

The airport operates 365 days a year, requiring full flexibility.

• 4 on 4 off
• Day 1: 22:00‑06:45
• Day 2: 22:00‑06:45
• Day 3: 22:00‑06:45
• Day 4: 22:00‑06:45

• A full UK manual driving licence, with no more than three points endorsed (preferred but not essential).
• Experience with in a quality‑checking role.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to pass and maintain an airside pass and airside driving permit, including competency checks where necessary; requires a full 5‑year work history, right to work in the UK, and a DBS check.
• A positive, proactive “can‑do” attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative while being part of a team.

As this position is in the aviation industry, successful applicants must be able to provide a five‑year checkable history.
