HGV Class 1 Driver – Immediate start – Day and Night Shifts Available
Pure Staff is recruiting qualified HGV Class 1 drivers for the logistics, distribution and supply chain industry across England, Wales and Scotland. The role is based in Portbury, Bristol.
Pay Rates:
- Days Monday to Friday: £17 per hour (plus £2.05 per hour holiday pay accrued)
- Nights Monday to Friday: £18 per hour (plus £2.17 per hour holiday pay accrued)
Holiday pay is paid separately when you book annual leave and accumulates over time.
Responsibilities- Refrigerated runs
- 2-6 drops per shift
- Average shift length 10-12 hours
- Daily vehicle checks
- Professional manner when dealing with end customers
- Complete assessment prior to start of work
- Wear correct PPE while working (safety boots and high‑visibility clothing)
- HGV Class 1 licence
- 12 months Class 1 experience essential
- Valid CPC
- Clean driving licence with no more than 6 points (no TT, TS, MS, DR, or DD codes)
- Ongoing position
- Paid holiday
- Experienced and knowledgeable consultants
- Weekly pay
- Direct employment (100% PAYE)
