We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a well-established and highly respected London-based company. This is a hands-on role delivering service, maintenance, and fault-finding across a range of systems including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control. Role Responsibilities:

Attend service and maintenance calls across commercial, retail, and residential sites

Troubleshoot and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption for clients

Maintain fire and security systems to the highest standard, complying with regulations and industry standards

Build strong relationships with clients while providing excellent customer service

Work alongside a skilled team of engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices

Complete accurate documentation, reports, and handovers for all site visits

Proven experience in servicing fire and security systems

Strong technical knowledge of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Professional, reliable, and self-motivated approach
